I didn't start out as a coach. I started out as someone who had to figure out leadership the hard way — in the field, under pressure, with real consequences.
Over 35 years building businesses across three continents, I discovered that the most important leadership work doesn't happen in the office. It happens inside you.
I'm a demanding coach. I set the bar high, hold my clients accountable, and won't let you settle for less than your best. If you sense you're capable of more — you're probably right. And I'm here to make sure you get there.
